[Wine] Re: static directory timestamp

When I look at the properties of the C: drive with WINE, the Windows timestamp is the time I last rebooted, and the application folder shows the last time the program ran.
It appears to me that these two are being virtualized, and the application looks at the virtualized timestamps and is disabled.
I used the Setup.exe that came from the publisher to install the program.
Other folders on the C: drive appear real.
