If you talking about .net (not "net", they are totally different things) they you need to install it in Wine. If your program is old and doesn't need .net 2+ then it should work fine with MONO. If not, then you can always install native .net. In all cases use winetricks to install MONO/.net: http://wiki.winehq.org/winetricks
