[Wine] cant get wine on Centos 5.6

You should be able to use the Wine build for RedHat 5.6 on CentOS 5.6.
 Look at the Dowloads link on the Wine Home Page.

This is the 'tarball' of Wine and you will need to build it.  Look at
the FAQ for how to build Wine.
