The Wine FAQ is a great place to find information.  For instance, to
run a program from the terminal, you can access the following subject:

The next entry explains how to capture screen output to a logging
file.  Please post logging files to a site like pastebin.com (Ubuntu
has one for the product's use) if the amount of output is more than a
screen or tow (44 lines.)
