[Wine] Blank Windows

i am using Wine 1.2.3 on RHEL 4.0.I need to use SAP client 7.0 with wine.when i try to install the Client,i am getting nothing but a White window.

I referred the bug 27990(http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=27990) ,its got a patch,when i try to apply the patch,its asking the file name to patch.and i am not sure which file to patch.Pleas guide me to how to do it
