[Wine] How can I redirect a programs input/output with AutoIt?

As you guessed, I am trying to make an app portable. But I need to know how to redirect files created by the program (like files made in AppData and ProgramData) to a USB drive in AutoIt 3. Also, how would I do the same with Registry things?
