How long are you letting the game sit at which ever screen you are blocked at? Right now my list shows 30min. to 1 1/2 hour queue times before you can select a server. Is it possible that the pop up box telling people they are in a queue and how long the wait will be is not showing up correctly so the player thinks they are stalled?
