It seems that the fixmes usually don't prevent an application from running.

But I see an error in your list at the bottom:

That's probably the real problem, even if it's not helpful. 
I googled (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=System.Data.SqlServerCe.SqlCeException) briefly but didn't see anything fascinating.
