The GMA4500 is none of the above. So it's not supported by the game.

Wine can't make crappy hardware magically run high intensity graphics applications. If anything, you need faster card for Wine, since Wine's overhead is at least 50% (best case scenario) for D3D games.

Get a better hardware.
