msxml3 recently disappeared from Microsoft's site.
Sadly, the only good download site I can find for it now is cnet,
and that can't be fully scripted, 
so I've updated winetricks-alpha, but not yet winetricks.

Try

and let me know if that's good enough for you.
It will pop open a web browser to cnet's msxml3 page
and prompt you to download msxml from that site.
