No, he didn't. He was asked twice for terminal output and never provided it. If you want help here, post terminal output from the latest development version of plain Wine.

Not true. Crossover includes hacks to make supported apps work. It is also based on an older version of Wine; the first step in troubleshooting is to test the latest development release. You can't file a bug unless you do that.
