[Wine] ie6 in Fedora 14

I have ie6 working in Fedora 14 except my cipher strength is 0 so I can't go to https sites.

I am at a loss as to what is missing. Found several references to others with cipher strength 0 in ie6, but no solutions. Does anybody know this solution? 

I am emulating winxp.
