As James said, it is not possible to install any 64 bit program in 32 bit Wine; you need 64 bit Wine. For Office 2010 you also need Wine 1.3.9 or later, as it did not install at all in older versions.

Beyond that, Office 2010 is still very buggy in Wine, even in 32 bit. There's a howto in the AppDB describing overrides needed to get basic functionality that probably applies to the 64 bit version as well, but even with the workarounds, there are still noticeable problems.  If you have Office 2007, install that instead. (You will also need newer Wine for that, as there was a regression in 1.3.7.)
