[Wine] [ foobar2000 ] Right-click on tabs does not work

I use foobar2000 under wine 1.3.21 (Ubuntu 11.04 64bit).
Since my last wine update (from 1.3.19 to 1.3.21), i cannot access playlist tab context menu using right click.

The right-click works fine with all clickable zones but tabs.

I tried with a fresh new WINEPREFIX and a fresh install of foobar2000 and the problem stand still.
I made no change at all to foobar2000 config.

Does anyone have similar issue with mouse right click on foobar2000 or other soft?
