Yes, I do (you can see me over there ;) . In fact, I did 'dotnet20', 'dsound' and 'dmsynth', all of them before install Sibelius 6.
By the way, I had the same result when I copied the complete Sibelius Software folder from my Windows installation to .wine/drive_c/Archivos de programa/ and tried to run it.
