[Wine] Patcing wine - Reversed (or previously applied) patch detect

Hey, i'm compiling my own version of 1.2.3, in order to use Ableton Live and Google Sketchup. Ableton patch went flawlessly, but patching [this] (http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-cvs/2009-May/055655.html) patch, the terminal output states:

 (as you can see, i answered 'y', and patching failed. What am i doing wrong here?
