I also tried to do :

cd ~
rm -Rf .wine [ this was the default x64 bit wine prefix ]

WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=$HOME/.wine winecfg

Windows XP
In the separator Libraries there were none.

tried to launch the setup.exe by doing :

cd /tmp/iso
wine setup.exe 

Gave me immediately this error "Setup did not complete successfully. We are sorry for the"

Tried also to do : 

WINEPREFIX=$HOME/.wine wine setup.exe

Same thing.
