If the OP has the Windows version set to Windows 7, then that is the problem. As the howto in the AppDB clearly states, the Windows version MUST be set to XP.

And as I already pointed out, libxml2 is a dependency of Wine that the OP seems to be missing:

Looking back, I see the OP mentioned installing libpng to get rid of a similar error message, but never verified that he had installed libxml2.
