Turn that statement around. Why need POL? Winetricks is just as easy to use if you need specific packages, and you get the benefit of getting support directly by Wine developers here. Winetricks works just as well graphically, by the way. Just run the script itself, without any arguments. Still think it's old school and not user friendly? ;)
