[Wine] Winetricks gfw under root vs under user

You'll have to fix permissions as root to change the ownership to
wiping and the group permissions to whatever the primary group is for
that user first using chmod.  Actually, it may be easier to wipe the
cache directory and its contents.  Winetricks should be creating a
cache for each user that runs it.  I'll have to ask Dan if this is so
and if not how much work it would take to make it so (and if it is
actually worth it.)

One rule of thumb for Wine is NEVER run it as ROOT.  This should be so
for ANY program on UNIX unless needed (ping is one of those things
that for some reason wants to be run as root, but their is always sudo
and its security problems.)
