Can you run this program from the command line and provide us with
what output you receive from Wine?

http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log describe how to do this.  Also, the
Wiki site has been translated into several languages, hopefully your
language is one of them.  If not, you are invited to help translate
it.

Wine is user supported software.
