[Wine] Wine does not allow program to see USB ID

Try the latest development build, 1.3.15, and see if this problem
'goes away'.  If you can trying to run the program from the command
line following the instructions at
http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#run_from_terminal and see what information
is presented when the program terminates.
