[Wine] Is this possible with wine?

I want configure wine so that windows executable (*.exe) would have access to Ubuntu's windows. I Have program that lists currently running windows, but It lists only those windows that belong to wine, but I can't make it list Ubuntu's own windows.

I would also like to know if I could use windows executable (*.exe) to send close signal to ubuntu's window.
