I think your looking into a lot of complication trying to add that in... and support all the platforms that Wine runs on.  I guess you could just pull X11 window info, but that wouldn't be very useful to Wine on the Mac.

Why would it need to see the windows?  what type of access to those windows are you really wanting?  Just a list of window names?  What good does that do you?
