[Wine] Photoshop cs4 do not work with Wine 1.3.15. HELP

DirectX9 dlls though.

This is not needed with Wine 1.2 or later.  WindowsXP is now the
default Windows Level used for Wine.

Net 1.1 looks like it did not install, but it did.  There is a simple
test program that I use, FastMD5.  Google will help you find it.
