[Wine] WinPcap Installer is invisible!

I'm trying to install WinPcap for a program, but when I try to run the installer, the window is invisible. I know it's there cause a shadow momentarily pops up and it shows up on the taskbar, but there is nothing there. 

I also tried to install Cain and Abel, but an error popped up saying something about not being able to access a temp file... I eventually just installed it on my Windows computer and copied the files over.

btw im using Ubuntu 10.10 and Wine1.2 (1.2-0ubuntu9)
