[Wine] Is the wine repository operation or am i doing something wrong?

Is the ubuntu precompiled apt package being updated with the minor versions?

I have

URI http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-wine/ppa/ubuntu natty
Distribution natty
Components main

on the update manager for the wine repository, but my wine version is still
wine-1.3.12 after update.
wine-1.3.16 was released a few days ago.
