[Wine] windows native dlls

I know that sounds reasonable however in practice that does not work
well. You can install selected microsoft redistributables but blindly
copying dlls from your windows install to your wine will more often
than not make things worse. Sure there are some applications that this
helps. Use a separate wineprefix and consult appdb for each
application that need this.
