[Wine] Multibuffer switching in 1.3.32

Congratulations on getting this going.  However, it still needs some tuning.

I am running SimCity 4 Rush Hour (fully updated) in hardware mode on Ubuntu 11.10 with a wide screen setup.  The game loads and runs, or rather walks in hardware operations mode.  The frame rate is far too slow, and the only thing I see different is the multibuffer warning is missing from the console log.

Also of note is that something has gone strange in the handling of the ALSA sound system, as I didn't know there were 10,000 channels.  This is not a problem because I have no sound at all any more.  I don't care.

I suspect running this in DVI isn't helping, but it does run without any real problem except the lousy frame rate.
