I tried: WINEDEBUG=+loaddll wine <application> 
The biggest delay was on loading shell32.dll and user32.dll
I tried: WINEDEBUG=+relay wine <application>
The biggest delay was on this line:

when I use winedebug=+relay application loaded fastest
