[Wine] Page fault on read access?

I recently decided to use wine on Ubuntu over using windows on my computer. Kind of the dealbreaker/maker in this was that according to the appdb Altera Quartus II Web Edition would run. However, I can't get the newest version (11.1) to install (it just came out, so I imagine problems like this come up all the time with new things). Although they have a linux version, this one didn't work out because it wouldn't run either (error is /bin/sh can't open file).

When I try to run the installer on Quartus II Web Edition I get the following:
