This is just a guess and comes without warranty, but you might need to install Windows Scripting Host, this can be done by "winetricks wsh56", maybe you need to install a version of Internet Explorer, too. I'd recommend to backup your .wine folder before, if it doesn't work, you can simply copy/move it back.
