Third party apps such as WineBottler are not supported here; this forum is for plain Wine only. Ask your question about uninstalling WineBottler on their support channels.

There are no official binary packages for Mac. Instructions for installing Wine on a Mac are here: http://wiki.winehq.org/MacOSX/Installing

FYI, it's a good idea to put Mac in your subject line when posting here so that the people who help with Mac problems can easily spot it. Most forum users are on Linux and will assume you are also unless you state otherwise.
