[Wine] Pulse audo in 1.3.25+

BTW this is all with 1.0.24 alsa-lib/plugiins, I dare don't change to the
alsa-driver 1.0.24 since when I did that sound just would not work at all
with the pulse version I have.  Maybe if i upgrade both?
