What issue, exactly, have you run into? Is .Net 3.5 not installing into WINE? Did you even try to install .Net 3.5 into WINE? Do you need to know how to run an msi? Do you need to know how to get WINE in Lion? Do you have WINE in Lion yet?

It probably won't be long before we would like to know the name of this software, so you should probably tell us now.
