[Wine] AMD Radeon HD 6470M, CoD2 problem

Hi to all,
I'm trying to play CoD2 game with Wine (OpenSUSE). I have AMD GPU and I think it's the main problem.

I know, that this forums is not for driver problem, but maybe somebody there can give me hint, where to find problem. :) 

I have HP ProBook 4530s with hybrid VGA Intel HD 3000/AMD Radeon HD 6470M.
I use dedicated graphic for the game...
And I know, that there is much problems with ATI/AMD cards in linux...

My problem is that when I try to use open-source AMD driver, the game works perfectly, high FPS and so on... But when I quit the game (no matter how - in menu or ALT + F4), something goes wrong, the screen turns black and nothing helps (CTRL + ALT + F1, CTRL + ALT + BACKSPACE,...), only restart. 
But I think, that it is problem connected with graphic output only, because I can login from another PC into my NTB via SSH and restart X server, and then the login screen appears. But it's not good common way to quit game. :) 

When I use fglrx, FPS is very low in game (30 or so), sometimes I have 10sec lag, but there is no problem with quitting the game.

Does somebody had similar issue? 
Or can somebody here give me a hint, where should I look, some logs or so? 
I would be very grateful. :-)
