Those instructions refer to Wine 1.1.17, so they are very outdated, and while copying a Windows install might work for some apps, it is an unsupported method of installing.

Looks like you're using 64 bit Wine. Try installing to a pure 32 bit wineprefix with WINEARCH=win32.
