Hi, this is a bit unfortunate, Mono probably isn't good enough yet. You could try to get the latest winetricks version, see "Installation by using 'winetricks'script" section in http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=10166 Additionally, please try in a clean wine prefix to just install "winetricks dotnet35" (without SP1).
