[Wine] Re: Remove Application button in Winecfg doesn't work

Are you sure you don't have any processes from that wineprefix still running in the background when you do this? That will prevent changes to winecfg from taking effect.

Removing apps from winecfg works fine here in 1.3.36. Try upgrading.
