[Wine] WoW: cannot open non-existing files

It appears that these two directories either do not exist or have
incorrect permissions.

The question is did you try to install this program using Steam and
into the user's local directory where you are logging in from?  Also,
did you look at the World of Warcraft Applications Database page for
hints on what you are trying to do here?
