on the announcement page... http://www.winehq.org/announce/1.4-rc1 its still linking to download 1.3.38, and not 1.4-rc1 currently... it also lists "bugs fixed in 1.3.38" is it 1.3.38 or 1.4-rc1? There is a 1.4-rc1 on sourceforge, so I'm guessing the page just wasn't updated right.
