Coincindetally does your tablet use the evdev driver? And according to this page (http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/digimend/index.php?title=UC-Logic_Tablet_WP8060U) your tablet comes with a mouse right?

Welcome in the club. My tablet uses the evdev driver and comes with a mouse too. In my opinion Wine is not compatible with the evdev driver and multiple input devices... I filed the bug here:
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=30893, you may wote for it...

(Actually if your tablet uses the evdev driver whether or not comes with a mouse it will not work with Wine....At least in my opinion....)
