Oh god, ..... I just was in another forum and didn't switch the language in my brain [Embarassed] I just made an upgrade in Kubuntu 12.04 with the packet manager and got wine 1.4. The program now runs in my VM. So I think the problem is solved. Thanks for the information about SUSE. Regards, ixo
