[Wine] OneNote sharing - had anyone made it work?

So I have MS Office 2010 Pro installed via Wine, all is good.  I can open OneNote and use it, but cannot share my notebooks on the web, it says 'service not available'

With no sharing, the program is useless.  Is there a fix for this?
I have all libraries installed as shown in this post.
