Attempt to run your antivirus to make sure for infections.  Attempt going to the Microsoft website and you can almost certainly find the answer there. You should Run setup then click on next put its Key numbers then click next select your custom or typical installation then click next if custom then select your choice of products and click next. Then finish it.
