[Wine] How to completely uninstall wine

This will not help you. The install / uninstall process does not
delete or alter any prefix (virtual windows drive).

When you first use wine as a user a new wine prefix (or if the default
prefix does not exist) will be created. This prefix is a virtual
windows drive.
