[1.6-rc4] - Still No Text In Windows Valve Steam Client ?

Hi,

I am running Kubuntu 13.04 64Bit fully updated.
I am running WINE 1.6-rc4.

When I installed Valve's Steam client for Windows
it installed with no problems
but when Steam client launches is has no text.

I know the current work-around: "wine Steam.exe -no-dwrite".

When will this issue be fixed?

PS - Yes I know there is Steam for Linux, but I own 100+ Windows Steam 
games...
