[Wine] I want to write in japanese translation at wine wiki

I wrote Japanese translation for Wine Wiki.
1. Japanese Frontpage (http://wiki.winehq.org/Japanese)
It is not updated for two years.
2. Bugs page (http://wiki.winehq.org/Bugs)
A Japanese edition does not exist.

I may not have authority to edit these.
What should I do to make a new page?
