Latest I can find, including on <a href="http://www.rpmfind.net">http://www.rpmfind.net</a> for FC2 are 0.9.2. After that, releases are only maintained for FC3 and up. You can always try to grab it and build it from source, but from what research I've done, there isn't going to be any official package for FC2.
