Not all distros provides up-to-date packages...<br><br>I used fedora in the past, you can use packages from the "testing" repository to have the latest package.<br><br>@ dimesio: if you're using Ubuntu, you might add the wine repository (look on Get Wine link at WineHQ.org)<br>

That's good to know. I'm running Fedora 8. I looked under my package manager and the latest version of wine is the one I'm running (0.9.58). I've heard of YUM, but I don't know how to get an updated repository. Thanks for your guidance.<br>
